Old owner thought he knew more than he did. He experienced problems with motor losing revs and finally stalling. Also, he says the motor drained the battery but i think he may have wired other things incorrectly.
What should I do to start. what will need to be cleaned, replaced etc.
One last thing, I am not mechanically inclined but am willing to learn. where might i get a good manual for this engine?
