OMC 115 turbo jet

I just installed a factory rebuilt powerhead in my 15' whaler rage jet boat. It starts up fine but overheats. Its not getting water. Any suggestions?

Make sure you didnt pich the inlet hose on the bottom of the manifold plate when you reinstaaled moter LIKE I JUST DID
