OMC 4.3 Dies when I try WOT

Boat starts runs great but if I stop and go forward at a slow speed then go wot like I'm pulling a skier it dies. I have changed spark plugs, cleaned carb. new fuel filter will be here tomorrow. Anything else to try before I take it to a shop

Have you replaced the accelerator pump? My bet is that is what it is.
Pull the flame arrestor and have someone pump the throttle (engine off) and see if you can see a good squirt of fuel down the carb.

If you have a mechanical advance in your distributor check that as well because if its sticking you wont get WOT
