OMC Binnacle Throttle installation instructions

I'm repowering with a 1994 225 Johnson and I'm also replacing the binnacle throttle control that the PO included.

I'm not sure what hole to secure the throttle cable to on the binnacle control.
There are two positions on the throttle crank. An inner and outer position.

Does anyone know which I should connect to?

I've already tried googling it.
It's not a teleflex binnacle control. It's a OMC binnacle control.
