OMC carbon guard, does anybody use it?

Do any of you members use OMC carbon guard on a regular basis? What has been your experience with it?

Every 50 hrs. or so. Had heads off recently and I'd eat off of them. I use the spray "tuner" and not the pour in the tank stuff.

I'm talking about the carbon guard you mix with the gas.

It certianly seems to help. RPM and fuel grade play a big role in how fast and how much carbon builds up.<br /><br />Good luck!

Read on some bassboat site that Yamaha's RingFree didn't work very well (just AFTER I bought a bunch at a "deal" price at a local boat shop...). Article said OMC & Merc's decarb were roughly equivalent & both worked well.
