OMC cobra 3.0 prop swap question

i have located a SS prop they came off of a OMC 4.3 . do you think this will fit my vertical drive on my OMC 3.0 ?

prop is 14 1/2 X 19

I don't know much about the OMC stern drives but I would bet we need the year of both applications.I checked 1980 there is no 4.3.Ideal pitch is surely different from a 4.3 to 3.0 on the same boat.What is present material and pitch?How many tooth spline?

i HAVE AN 1992 OMC COBRA 3.0 WITH A 14 1/2 x 19.

I found a SS on OMC cobra 4.3 ...14 1/2 X 19 for $50.( i dont kno wthe years or numbers on it except for the FACT that its on a OMC 4.3 guessing 1982..I mean for $ 50 is pretty much giving it away but just checking to see if ALL omc props were interchangeable w/ each other...

I looked up these props here at iboats it appears they are the same part number for the 3.0 and 4.3.You can double check by clicking on OMC props at the top of the page.
