Ah! Somebodys already been there. It looks like the pan, with the tag, came from a 2.5 SD. But its definately a 2.6. The outer mid section housing is the same but the inner parts will have to be from a 2.6 whether its from a Sea Drive or an outboard.

When you say the inside what do you mean, will the exaust ports match up> thanks jd

The adaptor plate and can, the parts inside the mid section housing, will have to be for a 2.6. Youre right, the exhaust wont line up if it isnt.
