On-board charger wire question

I bought a Bass Pro Shops XPS BPS-8 3 stage on board charger at a garage sale. The guy said it works. He had removed the plug and had it wired with another charger to his second boat. I want to put a plug on it but the wire colors are not the usual black/white/green. They are brown, blue and green with a yellow stripe. Does anybody know (without assunimg or guessing) which color is the hot wire?

thats the english colours ...Brown is hot Blue is neutral Green/yellow is earth I would check if its 110 or 240 v ...but my investigations on Google say its 90-135 and the photos show an american 120v plug .... big explanation of its features at ~Tackletour or just google XPS-8 Charger
