Jefferson, I went through the same problem a month or so ago. Found out it was the hose that goes to the fuel filter. Just before it connected to the fuel filter, the clamp was not tight enough. Mine would idle and die after trying to go past 1/4 throttle. Just check all clamps on the entire fuel line. Also check fuel filter and see that no air is getting in. <br /> You can try, while the motor is running, just move the fuel hose where the clamps are: each end of bulb, by fuel filter, where it connects to the tank. It is most probably air coming in somewhere where it should not. <br />Happy boating
