hi everyone , my neighbor just bought a 1995 rinker 19 foot bowrider, it has the 4.3 v6 with the merc sterndrive , he has never owned a boat before , the problem is the outdrive wont go back up , i tried the trim button and i tried the trailor button i am not even getting a click . any ideas ? oh i forgot to mention he did not take it for a sea trial and also the oil pressure gauge dont work either . thanks
