88 omc cobra... can I use Quicksilver High Performance Gear Lube 90w from wallyworld????

Yes. although 90 seems a little thin depending on your local water temp.

Well I will be using my boat on Boston ma ocean lol so idk 50 60 water temps...... so 90 is ok???

Howdy,

ANY 75-w90 (NON limited-slip type) synthetic oil will work fine as will any other SAE 80/90 hypoid gear oil....
(Mobil-1, VolvoPenta syn, Am$oil Marine, Merc-HP, etc etc)

Also, understand that there is no NMMA "marine" spec for gear oil (yet)

The Merc Hi Performance gear lube is one of the best out there and will be fine; like I said I have used it for 10 seasons no problems
