outdrive wlont trim up

I have a 99 scarab 38foot with twin 502 and bravo one drives problem is my starboard outdrive will not go up with trim swich or trailer switch it goes down but not up the port will go up and down with trim switch but will not go up with trailer switch and when I probe the trailer switch I can't find power going to switch any help is appreciatted

did you try jumping across the up solenoid with a screw driver? If that works then the solenoid needs replacing.
