Reminds me of the SeaCamper that was around in the 70s and 80s. It wasn't a floatable camper as much as it was a small houseboat with wheels and a hitch.

I've never even heard of such a thing. Why would someone ever want to float there expensive motorhome?

...reminds me of reading about a road test done on the original 'amphicar' which was a little convertible car (German?) with the some aquatic ability. The main problem with it they said was "that it behaved like a boat on land and like a car in the water".
I'm pretty sure this thing is ungainly in either environment as well.:)
