i am hoping someone can help me on this one. i have a 1989 bayliner with a force 85 hp engine. my overheat buzzer started sounding today on the lake. i was going slowly in reverse when it happened. there is a steady stream of water coming out the holes in the back. when i first got in the water the engine would not start, acting like a dead battery. i knew that was not the case because i just charged it. i checked my connections, wiggled the wires and it started. same thing happened after the buzzer started. also my horn recently stopped working. coincidence? this was also only the third time i had the boat out this year. any thoughts? thanks for any input.
