no surprises.......... unless someone has booby trapped it.....ive seen it done when boats where being stolen a lot.
i can tell you on mine it comes apart a whole lot easier with the fast throttle lever up about half way or so.
other than that make sure all the lil guides go back in the same slots they came out of.
i left the little plastic spacer out of mine by accident one time................. it worked perfect at home. i guess the trip to the lake jarred it just enough and it touched. as soon as i turned on the key ,sittin in the water ,the dang thing went off. but i have heard of the just going out.
to test the horn you simply ground the tan wire going to the head............if its just blowing constantly you have a bad spot in the tan wire somewhere or your horn is bad.....since you already ruled out the sensor.
