OX66 cuts out at high rpms

This is a 2001 250HP OX66. It runs great at various rpms up to about 3500. But, if I push it up to about 4500+ it runs for a short while then cuts out and shuts down completely. I can immediately re-start it and again runs fine except at the highest rpms. Almost seems like it is using up more gas than the fule pump can provide at the high rpms. Any idea the problem and solution?

you just did it.
you cant supply fuel to the rail.
most likly restricted fuel system,bad lift pumps or a clogged VST filter.
