Hello.
Seems I am full of questions regarding this project :)
Along the way of rebuilding my 1958 5.5 I found that the skeg is cracked in a couple places. It is stamped p/n 303335 in the housing of skeg.
Been doing some research but would appreciate a bit of support so I get the correct skeg if i use anything besides the 303335.
I have seen that 7.5 matches, which I knew from a previous project.
But, it looks like 10hp matches as well.
I see p/n 376606 , 376775, and 376060 referenced
In the event that there may be other matches, which years, hp and part numbers could I use as a replacement?
Thanks. Steve

The skeg and upper housing are one piece.----Machined as an assembly
