PA salvage title on a boat?

It is not a daunting task to get title for a boat up here. Yes boats are Federal and trailers provincial paperwork. We once got a clean title for a boat that had 2 letters and 2 numbers on it and a serial number on the I/O. No Transport Canada plate because it was found to be a US boat 1st. Filled out the paper work we got online from Transport Canada. Took a few photos of the boat and had the form and pics all notarized by a Lawyer here in Ontario. We sent off the application and a nominal fee and had a clear title with in 3 weeks. Go to the Transport Canada website and it will tell you in simple terms what needs to be done. We do have red tape in Canada but is a bit shorter than in the states because of the exchange rate (that is a joke) . Good luck.
