Don't let this offend you but my truly honest opinion (which I'd never give AFTER you painted it) is that the first one is horrible.... ghetto.... the second one looks goofy but far from terrible and the third one, while the nicest, would be all blue in the water..... I would try a fourth option.... find the water line and measure to the rubrail... draw a line 2/3 of the way up... blue above and white below.... I'd consider a darker blue, silver, black, or combination of those for a pinstripe between the two

I would just do it in solid white. IMO the blue looks dated.

that's where i'd be at too. or maybe just a small accent line of color somewhere. imho, boats these days are painted to wild for me... plain is better imho.
