Part Confirmation Please

[Platypus E65]

I have a 2008 ETEC 65 model E65WDRLSC that recently my sons dropped causing the throttle handle to break. I looked at a parts catalog here and found that I need part #2 "inner steering handle". So I'm wondering if I need to order any other parts to repair my motor other than part #2.
I do have a pdf file of the service manual and from my quick check it doesn't show how to replace the inner steering handle specifically so I might be back with questions on dismantling it. Thanks.
