Does anybody know the proper part name of the fuse housing that's next to the key ignition cylinder on the photo. I'm having a brain fart. I need a new one. It cuts out often.

If you mean the glass fuse inside the holder keeps blowing, then there is an issue with either the size of the fuse being installed or the current draw on the circuit.
Or do you mean that the fuse holder itself needs to be replaced?

No the fuse doesn't blow at all. The connections and connectors are loose. I want to replace the holder. I'm gonna order a new one to be safe and tighten the connectors. Thanks
