Part number for Thermostat

Can anyone help me find the part number for a 160 degree thermostat for a 2003 5.0. I can't find the S/N on the motor and the plate on top of the air cleaner is wore off the only numbers I can see for the S/N are 0M358 and I think 5 is the 4th digit. I've looked on the block by the starter and have had someone else look and we could not find it.

Hi there, if the engine is still mercruiser original than the serial number should also be found on a metal tag riveted to the starboard side of the engine block just above the engine starter.

Your number above is close enough for the thermostat though.
