Part Number for Tilt/Trim Switch

I have a 1976 135 HP Evinrude V-4 with the standard side mount control. I'm searching for the thumb operated tilt/trim switch that mounts in the handle of this control. I'm adding tilt/trim to a boat that ddin't previously have it so I need the switch, black platic piece that containes lever lock, and wiring harness. I have searched BRPparts.com and can't seem to locate the part number. Can somone please point me in the right direction?

The controls that have the switch have a different handle to accomodate it. The switch is part # 389497. The 1978 remote control diagram for the 85HP XL models shows the switch and handle.

There was a kit to convert the remote for upgrading to PT&T - maybe sea-way.com has the kit.
