Part Number - help

I am looking for the part number for the coil assembly on a 1977 Evinrude 75HP (model 75743S). The Bombardier site lists it as P/N 0581611. However, everywhere I look for used parts seem to use the Sierra part numbers. When I try to find the Sierra part number, none of the lists show this year and HP - they show the years up to 1975 and then start again in 1979. Can anyone tell me what the Sierra P/N is (or does Sierra not make a replacement for this particular coil)?<br /><br />Thanks

Glen.... OMC part number 581611 is the original number but has been since superseded quite a few times as follows. 581611 - 581784 - 582303 - and finally (to my knowledge) the latest number of 502886. Hope this helps you somewhat.
