:) My opinon prior to 9/11 is that we would probably still be having words of war if it were not for over 3000 Innocent American Men, Women and CHILDREN being intentionally slaughtered!!! And our American reaction fell on our now President Bush!!!

As Americans we forgot what happened yesterday and do not remember what happened today, because we are to busy drinking coffee , reading the newspaper, doing drugs and calling sports players, "heros" which they are not!!!

Lets think about yesterday when Saddam did have weapons of mass destruction!!! He had this weapon and used it on his own people, the Curds in northern Iraq when he wiped out villages with some type of poison gas!!!

Anyway if you like to read what past presidents had to say about wmds:

www.pbs.org/newshour/bb/middle_east/july-dec98/clinton_12-16.html

www.glennbeck.com/news/01302004.shtml

http://www.snopes.com/politics/war/wmdquotes.asp

Those all have to be phony quotes from some phony web sites. Just ask any of the left wingers in Washington or the left wingers right here in this forum :D :D

I don't think we have forgotten 9/11.

I just think a lot of us would have preferred we went after the perpetrators of 9/11, instead of getting bogged down in Iraq.

Sure Saddam was a bad guy, no doubt. There are lots of bad guys in this world.

oh and this was about the same time frame Donald rumsfeld had his pic taken kissing saddam on the cheeck, the same donald who in 99 or so was on the board of directors selling 2 reactors to north korea, aint that a kick in the flip flops.
in fact that flip flop was faster than a kerry flip flop.

I've always considered myself in the center...Right with Bill Clinton.

Politics have become so polarized that it seems that there can be only two positions--one from the far right, and one from the far left, and that's unfortunate. I don't associate myself with either side, and equally vehemently.

oh, right forgot about that small issue.
and 9/11 happened on whose watch?
for those that have never been in the military, and the president technically is, if you assume the watch that unlocked door is YOUR responsibility from the moment the watch was assumed until your relieved no matter WHO left it unlocked, thats why the first patrol is normally done with the offgoing watchstander and the watch is assumed by a written entry in the log book.
no telling how many entries I signed for.
so yes some of the previous administrations both rehub and dumbocrat are responsible for the events leading to 9/11 the event took place about 10 months after the watch was assumed by the current admin regardless of who left the hatch undogged.
the FBI field agent in the moose-owie case is an example of the bungling that went on and is still going on as is the coastal events of Rita and Katrina showing up the incredible flaws in our homeland bungling administration.
