This boat has PCM Excaliber Engines, they ran like a top all day long and sputtered out and died on the way back in, I suspect it was run out of fuel. Today fuel was added and it started a little bit and died again. Assuming it was run out of fuel will it just take some time to get the fuel back through the system or could something else be wrong?

Correct Craft: PCM Excaliber Engines

Okay, it's a 2006 5.4l PMC, no carbs, computer injected wit 40 hours on it. It sits in a Correct Craft Air Nautic 226. I checked the fuel filters they were clean, it ran all day yesterday but sputtered and died last night. I checked the fuel tank and it did not run out of fuel. It seems to be something very simple but probably within the computer chip, that I can't see without a computer... ANy ideas would be helpfuly

Did you remove the water seperating fuel filter and check it's contents? If not, you may have just put a new filter on and filled it with water too. Ethenol is like that if it sits too long.
I doubt it's a "computer chip" problem.
Go up to the adults only sticky and read up on how to check your boats fuel system
