PDP fuseable link voltage

I have a 2000 ficht 225. I was checking voltages at the PDP. There is a Red wire with a black stripe. the manual says it is batt accessory fuseable link. I get no voltage reading on it with the key turned. This wire goes to the EMM. Is this correct?

That is correct. Did you start the mtr up and then see if you have any voltage ??
