Peanut Butter VS BondoGlass

i tried following the rules" and keep this to my restoration......

Peanut butter seems a common solution for filling gaps, and creating fillets, but what is peoples opinion on BondoGlass?

Hello West..

Bondo-glass or duraglass..or even 3m glass filler is basically a fast cure filler for non-structural small repairs ( dings ).

These fast cure fillers have there pros and cons depending on there usage and location of repair.

The PB would be recommended for fillits for glass working ( bonds chemically with our glasswork ).

Fast cures have to be repreped before layups or refills.

IMHO .. If you have a good recipe for making your own PB it will save you Lots of money..and save time ( unless you have to do the repair RIGHT now ).

Learn how to make PB out of Cabosil as a base..and mix your Resin/Gel or mix of Resin/gel/mat etc.. its Way better then the canned stuff m8..
