In my boat refurbishing project I am replacing the starboard lounge seat with a pedestal mounted pilot seat. I have already purchased a Wise pilot chair and pedestal but the order taking person could not find an anchor kit for it in their catalog.<br /><br />What is the best way to anchor the pedestal to my deck? Anyone know of a source for a good pedestal anchor kit? I just replaced the deck and it is 5/8 ply.<br /><br />Thanks for any help.

I put pedestal chairs in an old runabout that I rebuilt 2 years ago, and I used HILTI zip lock toggles. They are like toggle bolts that have a plastic zip tie attached to them so that they dont fall into the hole, and you can take that bolt out of them and they wont fall.<br /><br />Hilti Toggler
