Penta AQ125A over heating

I have a AQ125A rebuilt heat exchanger cleaned expansion new impeller still over heats through the expansion cap replaced cap any thing help

Might have blown the head gasket, do a compression test

I have a AQ125B and mine overheats while on plane. Been doing some reading and alot of them are saying to change the pickup housing where the rubber hose attaches onto the lower unit.
