this is an 84 or 85 25hp merc. i can get the serial number if needed. here is a few pics of some parts that i need and i do not know what they are called or where to get them.
the first two pics are of the fin (snapped off) just above the prop coming from the (foot, i think that it is called?) need to identify what it is called so i can replace
the second two pics are of what ever it is called that the spark plug wire comes out of. as you can see, the part (looks like the threaded part of a bolt) that the green and white wire is connected to has snapped. the part works, but the threaded part that the wire and nut screw on to snapped off when i was screwing down nut that holds wire on. what is this part called, and do i have to replace the whole part just because the threaded part has snapped?
also, my prop has some pretty big nicks and a small chunk taken out, i may need to replace.
