Nice pics! The first one is a 50th Anniversary edition (1972) Johnson 50hp. I own the 65hp (3 cylinder) version and can thank it for my supper this evening!

Great pics. Thanks for sharing. I may have a reason to go to NY now.;)
I could think of a couple good reasons! The Great Lakes for one!

Man I love the wooden boats I could get lost in there for days
Yes you could, lots to look at!

We were there 3 weeks ago.....I could have spent the whole day looking at the displays.
One of the most interesting things was the George Boldt's guest barge, La Duchesse. It's fabulous, there are 2 floors, with the main floor for sleeping, dining etc., and the upper floor for entertaining. There is a fireplace on each floor in case it gets cold. What Mr. Boldt would do, is have a tug drag the barge to a spot on the river, drop anchor, and leave it to the guests to do as they wish. Hopefully they brought everything they needed.

Well worth the price of admission.

Yep! Well worth the price of admission! I see you are from just across the river (more or less) from there. Did you go to George Boldt's boat house? We didn't get a chance but I did get a picture of it.
