well i have the number 2 and i got a ducer for one of the #1 used it on my little 10 ft pond boat but the bolt on ducer i will put on my 17 ft 1962 astrocraft and i will just move the head from one boat to the other i like it when i found out how to get it out of simmulator mode but where i used it a lot of plant growth but it seem to work good its my first fish finder (learning). sorry didnt know more i just got mine in the spring and we have had so much rain i have been stuck in the house alot

No problem pinto, my wide 100 went down the tubes, so to speak, and so I replaced it with the #1.<br />I use it mostly for depth, for I have another wide 100 up front on the trolling motor.<br /><br />Thanks again for the replys.<br /><br />P.S. I know what you are talking about when you say rain.
