Yea, actually, the mark will be on the cam that opens the points. You'll see where it says TOP and that is where the heel of your points will be centered at, to make the adjustment. The hole in the flywheel is positioned where that marking is. The center of the flywheel might cover it, so you wont see it, but having the opening above the points, to where you can adjust them and insert a feeler guage, should put it in the right spot. Make sure you only turn the flywheel in the clockwise direction.
While you have that little cover off, slowly turn the flywheel in the clockwise direction and take a look at your coils. Make sure they aren't cracked on the insulation. If they are, then you'll need to consider replacing them.
Compression should be even, between the two cylinders. No more than a 10% difference. 90psi or better is good on that model.
