Please help! 95 merc 115 hp

So I just purchased a 95 nitro bass boat powered by a 115 merc. Took it out today and motor was really hard to start and have taken it out 3 times now. Motor seems to lack power. Haven’t been able to get it on a plane and when it is running it’s been coughing a lot. Long story short i found a fuel leak in the main line right before where the oil mixes with the gas. I squeeze the primer and it’s a steady spray out of the hose. Would that be causing all of the symptoms? Also would it affect me getting on plane? Boat also came with 2 props. Currently has on a quicksilver laser 2 prop with a 26 pitch. The other is a 23 and looks like the oem prop with a 23 pitch. Should I put the original on instead? Any help is appreciated! A leaking fuel hose can cause all kinds of running issues. Fix before doing any thing else.

After the hose is fixed, then see how it runs.

Where can I find this hose at. They sell a kit for 170 bucks with all fuel hoses but I only need the one.

This is the main fuel line going to the fuel pump it is leaking at the T where the oil is injected into the fuel. Thanks for the help

Also swap props as that motor wont turn a 26 on that hull....

Ok the previous owner said the motor ran good with the prop. But if you are suggesting I switch it then I will. Whatever is easier and better on the motor.
