Okay, I think I've read this somewhere...but I've got a 78 Johnson 140. I've just got it going good and wondering what you would go with for plugs...conventional or air gap. I've got conventional on right now gapped to .040...I bass fish and there is more open running than trolling...I've heard one is better for trolling and one is better for just running across the lake..I will also pull the occasional tube or skier...which would be better?? I have all new ignition components so I'll have pleanty of fire for the air gaps. THanks!

The QL77JC4's are fine for what you want to do. Just be sure to stay with Champions.

Re: Plug question again...

thanks alot, coming from you I'll take that as gospel. Thats what I had my parts man order he got a couple sets for me...as I figure getting this thing going again and running rich oil for a while until I'm comfortable with it will take its toll on them. Thanks again!
