Political idiot speaks out....me?

I read about every political post on iboats. I have my own opinions and don't share very often. I am a Constitutionalist, I believe in the constitution of the U.S of A.and word for word everything it stands for. I also believe in Land of the free and home of the Brave. Now in order for someone to be brave they must have no fear. You can't be brave if you have fear and you can't be free if you have fear. The people of the US have to much fear right now,in my eyes, therefore they are truly not free. Remember, "you have nothing to fear but fear itself". My thoughts are a little more complex than that but thats what it boils down to for me. Be brave, be free. No fear

Quite frankly I don't believe in many politicians (icons) Again I believe in the the Constitution. Politician use to be a commitment, now its a job.

Bare in mind, it was with intent our Constitution was written so anyone with an 8th grade education could read it and understand it. All the wrangling and interpretations of the Constitution are lost on me. It means exactly what it says. It is a bright and clearly worded document and only holds mystery for anyone seeking to undermine it or circumvent its stranglehold on runaway government corruption.

You are soooo political Mike <br /><br />Fear is bad, panicking or doing nothing in the face of fear is worse. Controlling fear and acting with reason during fear is good. Having no fear at all is the best.<br /><br />I have heard it said that you don't want to be in a foxhole with someone who isn't scared cause they will get you killed. But I think it was just said by some General in response to someone saying "sir, I am afraid" to motivate him and the rest of his men.

hmmmm i gotta disagree. it is possible to be brave and do what needs to be done with fear present. i would think most people who have committed acts of bravery were scared to death at the time. they just reacted and did what needed to be done.

hey GG, doesn't the NH flag say; "live free or die"?<br />just cuz many would like it for me to be scared<br />(and dumb), I will never be. we rarely even lock <br />our doors aroung here.<br />pretty easy to control a bunch of folks who are<br />scared and also dumb.

Knowing fear does not mean someone isn't brave. Knowing fear and being fearful and acting out of fear are different things.<br /><br />Fearful people cower and appease. Brave people overcome fear and fight.

GG – this morning I was reading about the challenges between your legislature and courts over control of judicial corruption. Either way, HN loses…
