I saw this at the truck stop awhile back and had to take a couple pics.

WOW! Has anyone ever seen anything like it?

I've only seen pictures on the internet. I think those boats are made by Playcraft.

I'd love to see a video of that thing running wide open!!!:p:p:p

A couple years ago a local company, Oddesey I think, set a world record for a pontoon and theres was set up like that, I think they got 92mph or some crazy number like that.

They are out there but there isn't a big market so they are pretty rare.

Seems like a guy with a whole lot of extra money to spend on an odd-ball rig like that, but it's his money!...

Right about 60 gallons per hour at wide open throttle, but with nearly $50,000 in the 2 motors, gas is probably not an issue for this guy!...

Wow, that is impressive. I wouldn't mine taking it out on the water and seeing what that thing could do. I thought my uncles pontoon was impressive with a 200hp motor. Now 600 thats crazy!

That # got blown away this summer. New record is 100mph by 2 boats in the same event - one with OBs and the other with an I/O.

Yep, like OldePharte said, the new record is 100 MPH. A South Bay 925 hit 100 with triple 300 outboards, and a Play Craft I/O also hit a 100. Both runs were at the LOTO Shoot Out this summer. Crazy!

I am impressed, good design to hold up to that power. Where do the wings come out?

Sometimes just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you should. I remember a while back watching a clown on you tube with a 75 or 125 on the back of a 14' alum. fishing boat. Motor trimed up, doing "wheelies". These people just have more money to spend.
