water pump and thermostats were changed a week ago... i used a infrared temperature meter to check the heads temperature and port side of the motor was 10 degrees lower then the starbord side. Took to motor out and it didnt over heat but i wasnt sure if thats normal or there might be an obstruction, problem?

thank you

Did you check the temperatures while on the hose and muffs ???
If so I would do it again actually on the lake. This will give you a more accurate reading. My 1985 Looper is not equal when on the hose and muffs.
What temperatures where you getting ???

reading was done between the cylinders and port was 130 and starbord was 140... with a reading on the tstats port 90 and starbord was 100...

and yes it was on muffs.... next time i will take a reading on the water.. thats good to know that your readings were diffrent on muffs than on the water.. im not so concerned anymore... tnx

Those are good numbers in my book !!
It will most likely equal out some when on the lake.

I think you're being a little too anal. Do you have base line data on readings before maintenance, 10* is not much difference ...
