My deadline was for July 4th.

For total completion, I'm going to miss that date.
My boat (listed in my signature) has been redone. All That I need to do is carpet, seat cushions and windshield. But with the weekend approaching very quickly, I got is ready for water.

Got a few minor things done this weekend, and it should be ready to do.
I tried firing it up last night and the battery someone dropped off for me seems to be dead. I have to buy a charger anyway, But for today I'm going to be the guy pulling the battery out of my truck at the ramp.

I think I'm putting it in the water today for testing. The engine ran great in a barrel but we'll see how it will run on the water.

Boy, 3pm can't come soon enough.

Good luck- just make sure you don't cut any corners on mechanical, electrical or safety stuff. The rest is just window dressing anyway :)

The thing about boats is... you're never done, but at some point you have to decide you're finished (for now). :)

Only electrical is the bow and stern light. Plus the battery connection for the motor. I ran the electrical couple of days ago. All wires have wire connectors on them, Soldered connections, and heat shrink tubes to keep water out. Elec. lines were put up and wire clipped into place. Went trough the motor last night, replaced all fuel lines.

We are ready.
