Power steering cooler raw water hose mount

I'm having trouble remembering how the power steering heat exchanger mounts. Specifically I can't remember if it goes above the engine mount or below it. This is on a mercruiser v8.
Anyone care to check for me?

Usually it connects to the bottom bolt on the V8`s.

Hmm there's only one bolt on the bottom and two on top. There are two mounting rings on the cooler so it looks like it goes to two bolts. Is there another baracket?
