Power steering knocking one direction

So I had a steering line leaking and I think I've fixed it but when I filled the fluid back up and ran the boat on the muffs I'm getting a knocking when the wheel is turned one direction. It seemed to mostly go away the next time I started it but what could this be? Please see attached video.

That's air in the system... It should just bleed itself out... And it shouldn't do that once you're on the water, due to the load on the drive.
