I have a problem with my ob...the engine is all the way up and will not come down. The motor is srong and it seems to be functioning properly. I have tried to loosen the manual screw, but the guy I bought the boat from has apparently had a problem with it before and the screw is boogered up. Is ther any other way to released the hydrolics?
