Powerpack bubbles......

friend has a 1993 60hp Evinrude 3cycl on a nice fishing boat ,

idles great, at wot bogs down to 2500rpm

uncloged the water **** tube in the back of the motor thinking it was a a safety loop for overheating, problem still there as of this morning,

after pulling the powerpack off and inspection wires and such i noticed bubbles in one area size of a dime in the gel on the back , just wounding if those bubbles are from the manufacturing or if something inside heated popped and rose to the top

Pull one spark plug wire off one at a time when the prob occures and see if you have spark. If not it may be the pack.
