powertrim for 50hp yamaha 2 stroke

I was wondering if the powertrim unit off of a 1999 50hp yamaha two stroke would fit on a 1986 50hp 2 stroke yamaha. The 86 engine only has the tilt and not the trim.

if i had to say, i would say probably not BUT it may work i would have to look at both of them and compare you may have to modify some.
