I had some minor leaks after replacing a pile of rivets. Before I put the floor in. I need to redo the the caulking at the bow (using 3m5200) and apply Gluvit to the ribs and perimeter rivets at the chine.
I’ve pressure washed it and now I’m ready to apply the goodies.
Is there anything else I should do to help adhesion or to wick the Gluvit in to the voids?

thanks in advance

Just follow the prep on the can .
The stuff is super runny to say the least . It does deep into crack pretty well but do a couple of coats

Thanks, I power wheeled all the ribs with a bristle disk to clean off any oxides and power washed again. I hope it really creeps as the slow leaks we marked are coming from under the ribs.
