pressure washer sand blaster attachment

Hi Gents
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the add-on sand blaster attachment for a pressure washer. It simply pulls in sand or glass beads at the nozzle....

Yeah, actually in another life I repaired pressure washers.
Those attachments work by creating a vacuum and sucking the abrasive into the pressure side of the system. Seen a lot of carnage from use and misuse. I can't recommend them.
The abrasive wears things out really fast. Depending on where the user attaches the siphon.....the cost of repair versus ease of use.
Really easy to run the repair bill up.

So are you saying they do clean aggressively and may damage the parts you are cleaning?
