Pretty cool old boat

My dad just email'ed me the pics of a boat he bought last week. He's always buying weird crap, but I thought this one was pretty cool.

Its a OMC step hull with twin 140hp (I think) motors.

yea, he even said it came with 2 more motors and the drive parts to fix the tore apart one. When I seen it I busted up laughing and told him its hard enough to get one motor running let alone two LOL

That's a highly collectable boat. Restored and in running condition and it'll bring a good price if he decides to sell it.

Having twins puts it in the rare catagory, thus making it quite desireable.

twin 140's stern drive on a 16' boat? yikes.

Looks like a hull design modeled after a 1963 Thunderbird.

I'd say it's for restoration but not use. Like a 1963 Thunderbird.

Thats what he was telling me, he also bought a sweet 16 delux from the same guy. I guess its the same maker and design but it has a outboard engine.

Is that an air scoop in the front?

on the side it has the red and green nav lights molded in the hull but I dont know about the top hole.
