price for a 2005 Yamaha F115 ???

Trying to sell a 2005 regular shaft Yamaha F115. I am looking to set a fair price. The engine is in great shape, has 4 years left on warranty (1 regular and 3 yrs extended) and has < 20 hours. Can anyone give me an idea of a fair asking price? Thanks in advance.

Ed?s Marine Superstore sells new F115s for $6,800, (2007 I?m guessing considering Yamaha?s overproduction). Here on iboats a new 2005 F115 is also listed for $6,800. Rule of thumb for depreciation of recreational products is 20% first year, 10% each year thereafter. 3 years depreciation equals 40% off new list. Extended warranty is a plus. I?d start at $5,000 and be somewhat flexible in negotiation depending on interest shown.
