I am using XP. All I have to do is hit the print screen button, then paste it in MS Paint. Why would you need to hit crtl-shift?

Click to expand... That is what my keyboard looks like. Like I said, with the screen, front and center, that I want to copy, I just hit the print screen key and paste it in Paint. Voila!
